Trisha is just one of all the nice waitresses that help me with ordering!

The food was awesome, but just as awesome were the people. Our server Trish was above and beyond in her friendliness and awesome service. It seems like that’s the way the whole place operates - every few minutes, you hear staff warmly greet repeat customers. It seems like a really special place. Food was awesome - blueberry pancakes, coffee, fresh fruit, home fries, and Rusty’s plate were all great. Excited to return again someday.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a great breakfast spot! The food was fantastic and the service was amazing — everyone was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The home fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the Irish Benny with corned beef hash was delicious. The western omelet was packed with flavor and cooked just right (not fluffy, but hearty and satisfying). And that grilled English muffin — perfectly toasted and so good! Highly recommend this place for a tasty breakfast and great service all around.

Place is small and cozy. Go on a Saturday and expect a wait. But for good reason. Try a seasonal option loaded with apples and caramel with their Spice Spice Apple Belgian waffle complete with eggs and sausage. Be sure to add their hash-browns!!!

First off, the service ❤️. These people are so incredibly kind. We ended up here because we had to have a tire fixed while we're traveling for our girls weekend and the people at Rucki's recommend it while we waited. The food was wonderful. We genuinely felt like we belonged even though we from Florida. I would recommend this place 11/10 The new owner is so passionate about the food too. Chefs kiss!

Rusty's has a new secret weapon, and it's name is John. He's the executive chef who just became it's owner. Along with maintaining the greatness we all love (including the entire staff) he's upping the ante daily with subtle changes and wonderful new entrees. Items such as cole slaw and potato salad are even better than ever. The topping on the baked haddock is suddenly as perfect as the fish beneath it (and it's the best in the area every single Friday). The list of improvements and tweeks expands daily. The biggest deal is that this man deserves the title "chef"; though he doesn't ask you to call him that, once you taste an entree of his you'll naturally want to use the title. Last week the chef made a shepard's pie that was nothing short of amazing. Nothing like you're probably picturing, it is among the best dishes I've ever eaten (made me think more of a gourmet stew than the typical take on shepard's pie). All I can say is; "wow!!!" - I love a good shepards' pie, but this is from another galaxy. Rusty's is soon to be known as the most unassuming gourmet destination in the area. I just hope it doesn't get too crowded. When the word spreads it's likely to do so. But that won't stop me from returning time and time again - John's cooking is too good to miss.

Shout out to Elliot for doing their best while short staffed and SLAMMED. Their service was great and their smile never faltered despite being super busy. The food is always delicious and comes very quickly. I always leave here happy and full, with left overs. Love Rustys!!!

Delicious food! My breakfast was grilled homemade cranberry orange nut bread, 2 scrambled eggs and a BOWL of very fresh fruit 😋 Hazelnut coffee. Very reasonably priced, too!

Great place for breakfast with tasty food, especially the waffles and cinamon buns. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Sometimes it gets crowded, but worth the wait.

the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep. And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God saw that the light was good, so he made Rusty’s place in Holyoke, MA and one of the best god damn omelets I’ve ever had.
